Dr Mohammed AlBattal
As the owner and CEO of Kadoon Company, established in 2000, Dr AlBattal is a pioneer in the industry, introducing novel products, equipment, and furniture to high end spas, five-star hotels and wellness centres. His passion for education led him to establish an academy accredited by the Training & Vocational Commission in Saudi Arabia which has graduated more than 1000 students to date. In 2022, Dr AlBattal co-founded the Saudi Arabian Wellness Association.
Katharina Jaeger
Recognised as a global thought leader in Wellness & Hospitality, Katharina advises government and business leaders alike on executing innovative strategies geared towards realising their ambitious plans. As a former advisor to AMAALA's CEO, leading the project's wellness agenda, Katharina acts as an external advisor & subject matter expert for corporations & regional development authorities leveraging her expertise in guiding businesses to become an enabler of KSA's Vision 2030.

With over two decades in operations and service management and a master’s in hospitality administration from École hôtelière de Lausanne. Sebastian combines a strategic mindset with operational practicality assisting firms in the GCC region to improve the productivity and effectiveness of their internal operations with strategic consulting support across departments. He is a trusted professional with a lifelong hospitality mindset.
Mohammed Emad
Mohammad’s journey within the Spa and Wellness industry started 12 years ago, as a MEP designer for the spa area of the Kempinski Dead Sea Hotel in Jordan. With a master’s in business administration and unique working experiences across many aspects of the industry, including day spas, private membership clubs, luxury cruise ships, medical spas and 5* luxury hotel brands, Mohammad is able to bring a large degree of technical know-how and experience to each project.
